About the roleOur Ads Experience teams build on that foundation by expanding how, where, and how often people earn rewards. We create experiences across commerce (including dining, shopping, and offers), as well as rewarded media and surveys. These experiences bring users back, drive business for our partners, and generate sustainable revenue for Fetch. We grow established verticals and incubate new ones, turning emerging opportunities into rewarding everyday habits.
We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead a portfolio of consumer advertising experiences, combining hands-on product ownership with people management. You’ll grow advertising experiences across dining, shopping, and offers, guide rewarded media and surveys, and identify, incubate, and launch new revenue generating verticals.
You’ll translate customer insights and market opportunities into clear strategies, define early milestones to validate demand and business viability, and scale products that demonstrate product market fit. You’ll directly own strategic initiatives while managing and coaching product managers, strengthening product strategy, judgment, and execution across the team.
You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Business, Partners and other stakeholders. You’ll have broad ownership of business outcomes and the opportunity to explore new ways for users to earn, including AI enabled experiences such as agentic commerce.
- Own portfolio strategy and roadmap, balancing user value, partner outcomes, and Fetch’s growth, revenue, and margin goals.
- Identify new business and partnership opportunities through customer insights, market research, addressable market analysis and Fetch’s strategic goals.
- Build new products from idea to launch. Define strategy and validation milestones, test demand and economics, and decide where to invest, iterate, or stop.
- Scale established verticals and promising MVPs, including dining and rewarded surveys, by improving discovery, conversion, engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Shape consumer advertising experiences, including rewarded video, through thoughtful ad placements and interactions that balance user and advertiser needs.
- Manage and coach product managers while staying hands-on with your own initiatives. Set clear expectations, strengthen product judgment, and establish rigor in strategy, planning, and execution.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data to scope and ship products, prioritize within resource constraints, and move quickly through ambiguity.
- Partner with GMs, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships on commercial goals, partner integrations, and launch plans.
- Define KPIs and use experimentation to guide roadmap priorities and validate user engagement, incremental revenue, and margin impact.
- Align teams and executives through clear strategy documents, investment recommendations, and communication of results, risks, and tradeoffs.
- 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of revenue generating consumer products.
- 2+ years managing and developing product managers while maintaining hands-on product ownership.
- Experience with consumer advertising and monetization, especially ad and offer experiences within consumer apps or publisher surfaces; 2+ years building ad or offer experiences is strongly preferred.
- Experience launching and scaling new businesses, with strong judgment across product market fit, market sizing, unit economics, and investment priorities.
- Strong execution skills with fluency in using KPIs, experimentation, and customer insights to guide decisions and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Ability to align executives, GMs, and cross-functional teams on strategy and commercial goals, and work directly with partners on integrations and launches.
- Enthusiasm for applying AI to research, prototyping, and analysis, with an understanding of its limitations.
- Nice to have: Experience with rewarded, commerce, loyalty, marketplace, or partnership driven products, or in a scaled technology organization with strong product practices.
