Responsible for driving SSD products from design through high-volume manufacturing, with a strong focus on customer success and technical leadership. Lead customer core team meetings. Ensure test coverage and quality assurance across the lifecycle.

5. Datacenter system applications and design;
6. JIRA, Confluence, and structured problem-solving methodologies
