Positions in this function are responsible for the management and manipulation of mostly structured data, with a focus on building business intelligence tools, conducting analysis to distinguish patterns and recognize trends, performing normalization operations and assuring data quality. Depending on the specific role and business line, example responsibilities in this function could include creating specifications to bring data into a common structure, creating product specifications and models, developing data solutions to support analyses, performing analysis, interpreting results, developing actionable insights and presenting recommendations for use across the company. Roles in this function could partner with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop tools and models such as segmentation, dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids and business case analysis to support the organization. Other roles involved could include producing and managing the delivery of activity and value analytics to external stakeholders and clients. - Work with Lines of Business to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions
- Inform and advise the clinical operation functions with empirical analyses that drive strategy with respect to key projects
- Communicate complex analyses to Leaders across the organization effectively without getting bogged down in the details of the analysis. Present a clear story of these analyses in effective Executive presentations
- Design and create data models for data stores, data marts, ETLs (Extract, Transform, and Load), and Data Integration jobs that acquire data from various sources
- Mine and analyze data from a host of data sources to drive optimization and improvement of product development and business strategies
- Focus on conducting analysis to distinguish patterns and recognize trends, performing normalization operations, and assuring data quality
- Develop actionable insights and present recommendations for use across the company

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of data analysis experience and report development
- Experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics or related field
- Proficiency in programming languages or data/analytical tools to extract and analyze data (e.g., SQL, SAS, Snowflake, Python, R, AWS, Tableau, Power BI)
- Proven solid presentation and communication skills
- Proven interpersonal and relationship skills necessary to work with an integrated team of customers, product managers, project managers, developers, analysts, and quality engineers
