Minimum Qualifications:• 8+ years of experience in customer, system, or product validation engineering.• Demonstrated ownership of customer-facing validation programs with significant technical impact.• Experience leading complex technical initiatives across multiple engineering domains.• Deep expertise in enterprise SSD systems, storage behavior, and system-level interactions.• Strong analytical judgment and ability to assess and manage technical risk under ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications:• Experience influencing validation strategy and driving quality improvements at scale.• Comfort serving as final technical authority for validation scope and outcomes.• Proven ability to coordinate multi-functional teams including firmware, hardware, and systems engineering.• Strong customer-facing interpersonal skills for technical briefings and resolving critical issues.• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
