Lead and support Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS SCM implementations and ongoing operations. Provide functional expertise across SCM modules, perform fit-gap analysis, resolve production incidents, conduct RCA, coordinate with technical teams and Oracle Support, assess quarterly updates and Redwood UI transition, recommend AI/automation, produce documentation, and deliver training and knowledge transfer to business and support teams.
Qualification:
- 12+ years of overall experience, including at least 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.
- Experience working at onsite /onshore role 5+ year.

Experience working directly and professionally with BPO’s, business users, and other key stakeholders to understand requirements, resolve issues, and drive successful outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS SCM application support, configuration, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide functional expertise across key SCM modules, including Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Procurement, Manufacturing, ASCP/Planning, PIM, Cost Management, and expertise on OTM/ GTM will be an added advantage.
- Lead business requirements gathering, process analysis, fit-gap analysis, and functional solution design.
- Provide timely resolution and support for production incidents, service requests, and defects within defined SLAs.
- Troubleshoot complex functional and integration issues and coordinate with technical teams and other subject-matter experts to drive resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and recurring production issues and recommend preventive measures and long-term solutions.
- Coordinate with Oracle Support on critical production issues, service requests, and escalations.
- Review Oracle quarterly updates, assess business Impacts and system impacts, evaluate new features, and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Support the Oracle Redwood UI transition, including feature assessment, configuration, testing, demonstrations, adoption, and end-user guidance.
- Evaluate and recommend relevant Oracle-delivered AI and automation capabilities applicable to SCM business processes.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation, test scripts, SOPs, process flows, and user training materials.
- Conduct customer demonstrations, workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-transfer activities for business and support teams.
- Participate in Knowledge Transfer from Implementation Team and support Application.
- Identify opportunities for business process improvements, system optimization, and enhanced utilization of implemented Oracle SCM solutions.
