$112,800.00 and $220,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. How You'll Make an Impact
- Provide technical direction and solutions to architectural, development, and operational teams
- Design and support application systems and infrastructure for specific technology domains
- Lead the creation of architectural frameworks for system development and enhancement
- Collaborate with developers to create application roadmaps and ensure effective integration
- Execute proofs-of-concept for new approaches and platforms
- Analyze system interactions to evaluate the impact of changes and ensure system reliability
- Define technology strategy, standards, roadmaps, and best practices for development
- Lead collaborations with business and technical teams to address integration and compatibility issues
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 10+ years experience with system installation, configuration, operations, software development, and/or database development
Skills
- Proven analytical skills to solve complex technology and business problems
- Effective written, verbal and presentation skills to peers and senior management within the organization
- Advanced knowledge of software development and delivery (cloud computing, containerization, high-availability, mobile apps, big data and machine learning)
- Advanced knowledge of coding and business processes design and functionality
- Ability to plan, prioritize and organize effectively and independently multiple projects and tasks, make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure, foster and maintain good working relationships with business owners and key stakeholders, and present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Education
- BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience
