In this role, you will:
- Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop the architectural framework & delivery for highly complex business and technical needs across multiple groups
- Develop and influence strategic plans, investment planning, and execution on cutover strategies to target
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an architectural domain expert advisor to leadership
- Drive target investments towards target technologies and rationalize spend, total cost of ownership, and return on investment
- Drive the definition, establishment, selection of strategic tools, and application of architecture frameworks
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and recommends innovations that enhance operations or provide a competitive advantage to the organization and can influence internal and vendor roadmaps in a significant capacity
- Define architectural direction for enterprise AI platform, including:
- Model platforms
- AI gateways
- Agent orchestration frameworks
- Guardrails and safety controls
- LLMOps and MLOps capabilities
- AI observability and monitoring
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Knowledge Graph and Semantic Layer integration
- Ensure enterprise AI platforms are resilient, scalable, secure, and cost optimized.
- Partner with platform engineering teams to accelerate AI capability onboarding and enterprise adoption.
- Define enterprise standards and architecture patterns for autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents.
- Drive adoption of agent orchestration frameworks, tool integration patterns, workflow automation, and multi-agent systems.
- Establish governance models for agent lifecycle management, observability, safety, and auditability.
- Lead architecture strategy for agent-enabled business process transformation across Lines of Business.
- 7+ years of architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 7+ years of Solution Architecture experience delivering architecture specifications, standards and patterns
- 2+ years of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Predictive AI / Machine Learning experience
- 2+ years of AI platform architecture and Enterprise architecture frameworks experience
- 2+ years of AI Technology products evaluation experience
- Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG architecture experience
- Multi-agent systems and Agent orchestration frameworks experience
- Hands-on experience with AI governance and control frameworks
- LLMOps / MLOps and AI observability platforms experience
- Devin/Claude Cowork/Cursor/Copilot experience
- Willingness to work in aggressive delivery schedule and concurrent multiple priorities and deliver
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
