Principal Analyst, Sales Enablement

Build the Sales Enablement Engine. Shape the Narrative. Accelerate Revenue.

Majesco is entering its next phase of growth. As we expand our global insurance software footprint, our sales organization needs a structured, scalable enablement engine that drives measurable performance.

We’re hiring a Principal Analyst – Sales Enablement to build and operationalize that engine.

This is a builder role for a high-potential enablement professional ready to step into broader ownership, visibility, and influence across a global enterprise SaaS organization.

Key Responsibilities

Build the Global Revenue Enablement Engine

  • Develop and lead Majesco’s global sales enablement strategy, building structured programs that reduce ramp time, improve quota attainment, and increase win rates.
  • Design scalable onboarding and continuous learning frameworks that accelerate new hire productivity and reinforce high impact selling behaviors.
  • Define and track KPIs tied to pipeline velocity, conversion rates, deal size, and sales readiness to ensure enablement efforts drive measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Create repeatable readiness programs to support product launches and GTM shifts, ensuring sales teams are confident and consistent in the field.

Shape the Narrative That Wins Enterprise Deals

  • Partner with Product Management and Marketing to define and refine clear, differentiated value propositions across product lines and verticals.
  • Translate complex insurance technology capabilities into compelling, buyer-centric messaging tailored to enterprise personas and stages of the sales cycle.
  • Ensure alignment between product strategy and sales messaging to strengthen solution selling and improve deal quality.
  • Continuously gather field feedback to refine positioning and sharpen competitive differentiation.

Create the Tools That Drive Deal Velocity

  • Develop and manage high-impact sales playbooks, competitive battle cards, messaging frameworks, and enablement assets that improve rep confidence and execution.
  • Establish a centralized content governance model that improves accessibility, version control, and content utilization.
  • Drive structured communications to the global sales organization on product updates, positioning changes, and enablement initiatives to reduce confusion and increase consistency.
  • Integrate enablement materials into CRM workflows to ensure sales content supports real-time deal progression.

Elevate Sales Performance Across the Organization

  • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps and design targeted training that improves objection handling, solution selling, and value-based conversations.
  • Facilitate workshops, webinars, and certifications that elevate sales capability and strengthen enterprise deal execution.
  • Support the rollout of new sales tools and technologies, driving adoption and measurable productivity gains.
  • Establish feedback loops to assess training effectiveness and continuously improve enablement programs.

Align Product, Marketing, and Sales Around Revenue Outcomes

  • Act as a strategic bridge between Sales, Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to ensure alignment on go-to-market priorities.
  • Provide structured insights from the field that influence product roadmap decisions and marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to embed enablement into CRM processes, sales stages, and reporting structures.

What You Bring

  • 7–10 plus years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Demonstrated experience building or scaling enablement initiatives within a segment, region, or product line.
  • Strong understanding of B2B enterprise software sales cycles and buyer journeys.
  • Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into persuasive, customer-focused messaging.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and enablement tools.
  • Strong project management skills with a data-driven, outcome-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

You do not need to have led a global enablement function before.
You do need to demonstrate ownership, initiative, and the ability to drive measurable impact.

What Majesco Offers: 

Majesco is committed to equal pay and transparency.  The annual base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000.  Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US.  It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors.  Majesco considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, candidate's work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
