As we continue our ambitious growth plans, the new role of Pricing Analyst will be crucial in driving revenue growth as part of our value creation plan. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and implement our pricing strategy.
Reporting to the Head of Pricing, the Pricing Analyst will lead pricing initiatives from start to finish, including identifying new opportunities, defining solutions, and operationalizing them for measurable benefits. This role offers the chance to develop skills in data analysis, communications, and project management.
Key Responsibilities

Identify pricing opportunities through deep dives into Business Units, including new acquisitions.

Collaborate with management and sales teams, compile data, and execute key pricing analyses.

Evaluate strategic opportunities and prioritize them with the Head of Pricing based on potential benefits and implementation requirements.

Drive the successful implementation of pricing initiatives by planning and executing all aspects of operationalization with key stakeholders.

Conduct annual reviews of price books and recommend modifications to list price structures and levels.

Support the implementation of best practice pricing approaches and facilitate knowledge sharing across the group.

Determine appropriate packaging and prices for new products, including conducting market research and collaborating with product and marketing teams.

Lead regular pricing reporting meetings, design pricing dashboards with the Data team, monitor key pricing indicators, and compile reports to communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
About You

Two years of experience in consulting, technology, and pricing, with a focus on hyper-growth, equity-backed SaaS companies

Strong analytical skills and highly numerate

Effective communication skills

A keen interest in pricing is essential

Experience in working in teams, and a desire to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders of different seniority across group and individual business units

Strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach to solving problems and driving progress

Good ability to manage a workload spread across a variety of projects and workstreams, and prioritize key actions

Preferred locations are either Chicago, New York City, or Raleigh
California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington residents is $50,000 to $85,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Litera offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
