THE ROLE: Premium Sales Representative (Evergreen)

LOCATION: Multiple U.S. Markets (On-Site, Assigned by Project)

ABOUT LEGENDS GLOBAL

Legends Global is the premier partner to the world’s greatest live events, venues, and brands. We deliver a fully integrated suite of premium services through a white-label model that keeps our partners front and center — from feasibility and project development to sales, partnerships, hospitality, merchandise, venue management, and world-class content and booking.

With a global network of more than 450 venues, hosting 20,000 events and welcoming 165 million guests annually, Legends Global brings unmatched scale, expertise, and connectivity to help o

ur partners grow. The Legends Global Way guides how we operate: Align, Scale, Connect, Team, Win — shared success, repeatable systems, connected solutions, unstoppable teams, and wins that are earned every day.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Legends Global has several major projects coming to major markets across the U.S., and we are building a bench of premium sellers ahead of them. The Premium Sales Representative is primarily responsible for driving revenue and hitting sales goals, and will lead new business generation for premium seating at the project they are assigned to. This role is responsible for engaging and converting existing season ticket holders, members, and donors, while also identifying new prospects interested in purchasing suites, clubs, and other premium seating. The position is focused on prospecting, appointment setting, executing on-site and out-of-office sales presentations, and securing multi-year premium seating commitments. You will be placed on a specific project and report to that project’s senior sales leader.

ABOUT THE PROJECTS

Premium Sales Representatives sit inside Legends Global’s highest-profile venue engagements: new builds, major renovations, and pre-opening sales programs at some of the most recognizable venues in sports and live entertainment, delivered alongside premier professional and collegiate partners. In many cases you will be selling a product before it physically exists, converting renderings and preview experiences into contractually obligated, multi-year revenue. These are multi-generational projects with real targets attached, and the sellers we place on them set the benchmark the next project inherits.

HOW THIS POSTING WORKS

This is NOT a posting for a single open position. Applications are reviewed and retained so that when a role opens in a market that fits your profile, we can reach out directly. The short questionnaire attached to this application helps us understand your market ties, relocation flexibility, and deal experience so we can match you to the right project quickly. Applicants must consent to being contacted about future openings.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & OUTCOMES)

Build and Own Your Pipeline

  • Generate qualified new business through outbound calling, referrals, networking, and creative lead sourcing, alongside leads provided by the partner organization.
  • Qualify prospects consultatively to match the right premium product to the right buyer, rather than pushing inventory.
  • Maintain disciplined, accurate CRM records so pipeline, forecast, and activity reporting hold up under scrutiny.

Sell the Vision Before It Exists

  • Deliver sales presentations on site in preview and experience centers, at the venue, and on campus, and off site at prospect locations.
  • Use renderings, VR, models, and hard hat tours to make an unbuilt product feel real, specific, and worth committing to.
  • Serve as the internal and external expert on venue enhancements, premium amenities, and what each product actually delivers.

Close Multi-Year Commitments

  • Secure contractually obligated, multi-year agreements from C-level executives, business owners, high-net-worth individuals, and major donors.
  • Manage five- and six-figure deals from first conversation through executed contract and collected payment.
  • Convert existing season ticket holders and donors into premium buyers where a migration or renovation program calls for it.

Hit the Number

  • Meet or exceed individual and team revenue goals, and hit the activity benchmarks (calls, appointments, presentations) that produce them.
  • Track your own performance data, identify what is working, and adjust before a slow month becomes a slow quarter.
  • Share what works. Playbooks built on one project get scaled to the next one.

Represent Legends Global and Our Partner

  • Entertain and nurture clients and prospects through networking events, game-day hosting, seat visits, open houses, and one-on-one meals.
  • Provide high-end service to premium members, including renewals, contract execution, and cross-sell where appropriate.
  • Operate as an extension of the partner’s brand. Our white-label model means their name is the one out front.

WHAT YOU BRING (QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE)

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years of sales experience in sports, live entertainment, or venue hospitality, with a track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
  • Demonstrated success closing five-figure or larger deals, with a personal closing role rather than a support role on the transactions you name.
  • Ability to communicate credibly with C-level executives, business owners, and major donors, in person and in writing.
  • Comfort with a longer, relationship-driven sales cycle and the organization to manage a full pipeline at multiple stages simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office, and presentation/AV tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for off-site client meetings.

Preferred Differentiators

  • Experience selling premium inventory pre-opening, including suites, clubs, PSLs, founding memberships, or deposit and priority-list campaigns, before the product physically existed.
  • Experience in a preview or experience center environment, or with seat selection events and charter-class programs.
  • Meaningful ties, professional or personal, to one or more of the markets where we operate, or genuine willingness to relocate for the right project.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & TRAVEL

  • On-site role. These are relationship businesses, and the work happens in the venue, in the preview center, and in front of prospects, not remotely.
  • Non-traditional hours are part of the job: evenings, weekends, event days, and game days.
  • Local travel to off-site prospect and client meetings is routine; occasional overnight travel may be required.
  • Placement is project-based and market-specific. Candidates open to relocation will be considered for a wider range of openings.

At Legends Global, our people power every success. You’ll work alongside exceptional talent, learn from world-leading experts, and contribute to projects that set the standard across sports, entertainment, hospitality, and live experiences. If you’re driven to operate at the highest level, build with purpose, and help partners win on the biggest stages, you’ll thrive here.

COMPENSATION

Compensation for this role varies by market, venue, and level of experience, and includes commission and incentive opportunity tied to individual and team revenue goals. Legends Global offers a competitive total rewards package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and a 401(k) plan.
