Byte&Kite is a digital marketing agency helping clients across a range of industries grow through effective digital marketing. As a PPC Coordinator, you will support the planning, setup and optimisation of paid search campaigns across multiple client accounts. You will work closely with Paid Media Specialists, strategists, designers and copywriters to keep campaigns organised, accurately implemented and focused on measurable results.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support the setup and management of Google Ads and other paid search campaigns

  • Conduct keyword research and help organise campaign structures and targeting

  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets and key metrics on a regular basis

  • Assist with ad copy testing, bid adjustments and campaign optimisation

  • Check campaigns for tracking, targeting and setup issues

  • Prepare performance reports and highlight important changes or opportunities

  • Coordinate with designers and copywriters on ad creative and landing page assets

  • Support Paid Media Specialists with campaign research, analysis and client deliverables

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 1+ years of experience in PPC, paid search, digital marketing or a related role

  • Basic understanding of Google Ads, keywords, bidding, targeting and campaign structure

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and marketing performance data

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot campaign setup or tracking issues

  • Analytical mindset and willingness to investigate why performance changes

  • Organised and able to manage multiple campaigns, tasks and deadlines

  • Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively with a wider marketing team

  • Eagerness to learn and develop deeper paid media expertise

NICE TO HAVE
Google Ads certification; agency experience; familiarity with Microsoft Advertising or LinkedIn Ads; experience with GA4 or Google Tag Manager; basic understanding of conversion tracking; and experience with reporting or dashboard tools.
