What You'll Do
The Platform Operations Specialist, Platform Enablement, ensures that platforms are properly configured, accessible, and functional for end users. This role manages implementations, user provisioning, and integrations critical to platform usability and adoption. The specialist works closely with product, engineering, and support teams to deliver smooth platform rollouts and ongoing operations.
What You'll Need (Requirements)- Bachelors degree in a related field and at least two years of experience in platform operations, systems administration, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with platform implementations and configuration.
- Strong understanding of user provisioning, permissions, and access management.
- Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Experience communicating with external customers through training, onboarding, or troubleshooting sessions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Workday.
- Familiarity with identity and access management frameworks and tools such as Okta or Azure AD.
- Knowledge of security best practices in provisioning and system access.
- Proficiency with RPA tools and or automation via programming such as Python, UiPath, or Zapier.
- Understanding of eLearning standards such as SCORM, xAPI, and LTI.
- Exposure to learning management systems such as Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, or similar.

What We're Counting On From You
Implementations and Configuration: Lead and support new platform or feature rollouts, including configuration, testing, and rollout planning. Participate in onboarding calls with customers to guide configuration and adoption. Test and validate new workflows and features before deployment. Resolve issues during implementation to minimize disruptions.
User Access Management: Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, roles, and permissions. Ensure secure and accurate access across platforms for all user groups. Audit access regularly to maintain compliance and prevent unauthorized use. Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues in collaboration with IT or security teams.
Integrations and Functionality: Support and maintain integrations that connect platforms to other systems. Monitor data flows and troubleshoot integration errors to ensure seamless operations. Recommend improvements to integrations or workflows to increase efficiency and reliability.
Customer Enablement and Training: Join customer onboarding and training calls to provide technical guidance and support. Troubleshoot platform issues with external stakeholders in real time. Serve as a subject matter expert during customer-facing sessions, ensuring smooth handoffs to support teams when needed.
Process and Documentation: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for implementations, provisioning, and platform maintenance. Document lessons learned, best practices, and recurring issues to support team knowledge sharing. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve overall operational efficiency.
Collaboration and Alignment: Partner with product, engineering, support, and other operational teams to ensure smooth platform operations. Participate in cross-functional projects to align platform capabilities with business goals. Communicate updates, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders effectively. Serve as a subject matter expert for platform enablement processes within the team.
