The Platform Operations Specialist, Content Operations, plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of our platform content. This role manages content operations, develops and maintains automation and bots, and supports integrations to enable seamless data flow across systems. The specialist partners closely with product, engineering, and support teams to maintain high-quality platform operations and deliver an exceptional user experience.
What You'll Need (Requirements)Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience in platform operations, content systems, or related technical operations roles.
Proficiency with RPA tools and/or automation via programming (e.g., Python, UiPath, Zapier, or similar).
Experience working with system integrations and APIs.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) or learning management systems (LMS).
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Workday.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
Experience with QA frameworks or testing automation tools.
Familiarity with database management and SQL queries.
Proficient in Selenium or a similar browser automation framework.
Understanding of eLearning standards (SCORM, xAPI, LTI, etc.).
Skills:

Strong problem-solving and process-oriented mindset.
What We're Counting On From You
Load, update, and QA content across multiple platforms to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability.
Build, maintain, and optimize automation scripts and bots to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes.
Support, troubleshoot, and enhance integrations that connect content and data flows across platforms.
Perform regular audits of content and workflows, identifying gaps, errors, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain process documentation, guidelines, and best practices to drive operational consistency.
Partner with product, engineering, content, and support teams to improve processes, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations.
Identify, prioritize, and implement enhancements to improve platform efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
Track and communicate progress, automation wins, and integration health to stakeholders.
