About the role:As a Platform Engineer on our Platform Core team, you'll own infrastructure components that keep our SaaS and self-hosted enterprise products reliable and scalable. You'll design solutions that improve developer experience, collaborate across teams to solve infrastructure challenges, and help engineers deliver software faster. Your work directly enables our products to perform reliably as we scale.

What you'll do:- Design and build enduring infrastructure components supporting our SaaS and self-hosted enterprise products, improving our scalability and reliability
- Troubleshoot infrastructure challenges and collaborate with engineering teams and product to ensure platform readiness for new features
- Empower developers by automating workflows, providing robust tooling, and creating best practice documentation that enables self-service and autonomous delivery
- Improve developer experience by automating workflows and creating tooling that enables faster deployments
- Support production systems by responding to incidents via on-call, working with others to analyze root causes, and implementing solutions
- Contribute to infrastructure optimization and platform improvements
- Share knowledge through code reviews and collaborative problem-solving
- Reliability and performance of infrastructure components you own, and reductions in incident response times
- Improvements in developer velocity through automation and tooling that reduce manual work
- Measurable gains in infrastructure stability and performance that support growing workloads
- Knowledge sharing that helps teammates grow their infrastructure expertise
- 2–5 years of experience with infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Advanced experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or on-premise infrastructure
- Solid understanding of core infrastructure concepts: networking, storage, CI/CD, observability, and Linux systems
- Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CDK, or similar)
- Experience coding in Python, Go, Bash, or similar languages
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical decisions clearly to teammates
- Experience with Anaconda, Python, or open source communities
- Familiarity with multi-cloud or hybrid infrastructure architectures
- Understanding of AI/ML infrastructure requirements and GPU workload patterns
- Experience working across multiple cloud platforms and optimizing costs
- Comfort working in distributed, remote-first teams across time zones

The base salary range for this role is $115,000 - $170,000, along with annual bonus potential, equity participation, and benefits.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by various factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter will provide more specific details on the salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
