We are looking for a Platform Engineer with a strong DevOps background (AWS) and experience in voice technologies to join our growing team. This role bridges infrastructure, backend development, and voice integration, supporting critical systems and client-facing solutions.

You’ll work closely with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams to maintain and expand our infrastructure, contribute to voice-enabled products, and ensure system reliability. This position is ideal for someone who is both hands-on and proactive, comfortable owning their day-to-day priorities while collaborating closely with distributed teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.

  • Support and implement voice integration solutions across products.

  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to prioritize and execute infrastructure and development work.

  • Monitor systems, respond to alerts, and troubleshoot critical infrastructure issues.

  • Manage and prioritize a backlog of infrastructure and integration tasks across multiple teams.

  • Assist with client integrations, including configuration and deployment of technical solutions.

  • Contribute to high-availability, scalable, and fault-tolerant system design.

  • Work closely with distributed teams (including international DevOps teams) to extend coverage across time zones.

  • Participate in regular syncs, standups, and planning sessions.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript and backend development (Node.js).

  • Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB, Redis).

  • Strong understanding of backend architecture (microservices, event-driven, serverless).

  • DevOps background with hands-on infrastructure experience.

  • Experience with AWS services (e.g., VPC, S3, EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch, Route53).

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK).

  • Experience with Docker and containerized environments.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and respond to production issues under pressure.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

  • Fluent English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with voice technologies or voice-enabled systems.

  • Experience with Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, K3s).

  • Experience with tools like ArgoCD or Kubernetes Operators.

  • Familiarity with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • Experience with AWS DevOps tools (CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, Systems Manager, etc.).

  • AWS certifications (Developer, Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer) or Kubernetes certifications (CKAD).

  • Experience with AWS Bedrock or other AI/voice-related services.
