About the Role:
The Manager, Training will lead a globally distributed team of Curriculum Developers supporting the Falcon Complete organization. This role sits under the Operational Excellence team — one of two core functions within Falcon Complete alongside Service Delivery. You'll work closely with peer Operational Excellence teams to ensure training and enablement stays in lockstep with operational priorities, product changes, and tooling updates. As the primary training partner to Falcon Complete's Service Delivery org you'll translate their inputs and requirements into actionable enablement content and programs that keep analysts performing at the highest level globally.
This is a critical people leadership role responsible for owning the strategic roadmap for all training and enablement across Falcon Complete — maturing and scaling the function to meet the demands of an agentic era, driving skills framework development and gap analysis to inform training priorities, hiring decisions, and talent development, and championing AI-driven approaches that supercharge team efficiency and learner outcomes. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, and is ideal for a leader who is passionate about building world-class enablement functions that grow and develop people at scale.
What You’ll Do:
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global team of Curriculum Developers through effective hiring, coaching, mentorship, and timely feedback via recurring 1:1s and bi-annual goal setting and performance evaluations — taking a deliberate approach to understanding each team member's individual strengths, growth areas, and career aspirations to create targeted development plans, facilitate cross-training opportunities, and continuously up-level the team's collective capability as curriculum and enablement professionals
- Own and manage the Training & Onboarding strategic roadmap within the Operational Excellence function — collaborating with peer OE teams to stay aligned on operational priorities and product and tooling changes, while serving as the primary enablement partner to Falcon Complete's Service Delivery org, translating requirements into prioritized, high-impact training initiatives
- Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) across Falcon Complete — including analysts, technical leads, and operational stakeholders — to inform, validate, and continuously improve training and enablement content, developing structured and scalable approaches to SME engagement that ensure content is targeted, technically accurate, and directly reflective of the skills and knowledge needed to perform at the highest level
- Drive skills framework development and ongoing skills gap analysis across Falcon Complete — using data and stakeholder inputs to inform training priorities, identify hiring needs, and shape talent development strategies that support organizational growth
- Define and scale a content development strategy that spans new hire onboarding, ongoing training, and role-based enablement — ensuring all materials remain accurate, relevant, and aligned to operational and product realities as the organization evolves into an agentic model of work
- Champion the identification and adoption of AI-driven tools, workflows, and use cases that increase team efficiency, accelerate content development cycles, and enhance the learner experience — positioning the team to lead enablement in an AI-native environment
- Establish team performance metrics and training effectiveness measures, conducting regular reviews with leadership to demonstrate value delivery, surface continuous improvement opportunities, and ensure the function is scaling to meet organizational demand
- Track team OKRs, providing regular progress updates to leadership and ensuring alignment between tactical execution and the broader strategic training and enablement outcomes for Falcon Complete
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- 8+ years of experience in training, enablement, curriculum development, or learning & development roles — with at least 2 years in a people management capacity leading globally distributed teams
- Proven ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations — working through ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and driving structured requirements gathering and intake processes to ensure the right training and enablement solutions are built for the right audiences at the right time
- Strong strategic planning and roadmap management skills, with demonstrated experience translating cross-functional business needs, stakeholder inputs, and skills gap analysis into a prioritized, executable enablement strategy
- Experience developing and applying skills frameworks, competency models, or training needs assessments to identify gaps, inform hiring priorities, and drive talent development decisions at an organizational level
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills — with the ability to build trusted relationships across peer teams, senior leadership, and service delivery partners, and to clearly articulate training strategy, priorities, and outcomes at all levels
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools, automation, or emerging technologies to improve content development efficiency, team scalability, or learner outcomes — with a forward-looking mindset toward agentic and AI-native ways of working
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or Managed Detection & Response (MDR) organizations
- Hands-on background in curriculum or instructional design using tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Docebo, or similar LMS and authoring platforms
- Familiarity with SOC operations, incident response, or Falcon Complete workflows and analyst roles
- Deep working knowledge of CrowdStrike products, platform capabilities, and the Falcon Complete service model — with the ability to apply that knowledge to shape technically credible and operationally relevant enablement content
- Proven track record of technical cohort planning and scaling training programs for technical analyst or SOC populations — including designing learning paths, managing cohort progression, and building programs that grow with the organization
- Advanced certifications in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Talent Development, or Program Management (e.g., CPTD, ATD, PMP, or similar)
- Experience working within or alongside agile delivery frameworks and using Jira for program tracking, intake management, and cross-functional prioritization
