Job Description:

Colorado Physician Partners, PLLC is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinic in Thornton, Colorado, one of 12 clinics in an independent private practice.

Qualifications: 

  • Master of Science degree in Nursing from an accredited program 

  • ANCC or AANP Certification 

  • Provider must meet employer credentialing standards
