  • Growth Strategy: Partner with leadership to design and execute acquisition strategies aligned with company goals, audience insights, and budget constraints.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with design and content teams to brief ad creative, test new concepts, and scale what performs.
  • Experimentation & Testing: Develop and execute structured A/B testing plans across creative, audiences, ad placements, and landing pages to improve conversion and engagement.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Track and analyze campaign performance at a granular level, adjusting strategy to meet CPA, ROAS, and LTV goals.
  • Market Exploration: Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously test emerging platforms, tools, and strategies to keep Archer at the cutting edge of paid media.
  • Reporting & Insights: Build clear, actionable reports and dashboards to communicate performance, learnings, and growth opportunities to internal stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate with product, lifecycle, and sales teams to align campaigns with product launches, seasonal pushes, and overall growth initiatives.

About you

  • Demonstrable, hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across at least two of the following: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Reddit Ads.
  • Proven track record of managing significant budgets and driving measurable results (CPA, ROAS, LTV).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Excel, PowerBI).
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Strong copywriting instincts and creative development skills using Canva or equivalent content and video editing tools.
  • Highly organized, self-starter, comfortable working in a remote and fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in Ed-Tech or Healthcare industries

Our Benefits

  • Comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance for employees and their families
  • Flexible & encouraged PTO
  • Company HSA contribution of $90/month for eligible plans
  • Company-paid life insurance and disability coverage
  • 401(k) with company match (100% match on first 3%, 50% match on the next 2%)
