Position Overview:
The People Systems Administrator will be responsible for leading the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Workday platform. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our HRIS infrastructure scales effectively with our organizational growth and aligns with our strategic objectives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- System Configuration & Maintenance:
- Configure and maintain Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Time Tracking, to meet business requirements.
- Implement and manage Workday security configurations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Implementation & Migration:
- Lead and participate in Workday implementation or migration projects.
- Collaborate with external Workday implementation vendors.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics within Workday.
- Run data analytics and generate insights using Workday tools.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as a subject matter expert on Workday functionality.
- Provide end-user support, including training and guidance.
Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of Workday system administration experience.
- Must have been part of at least one Workday implementation or migration.
- Must have served as a Workday Administrator at a minimum of two prior companies.
- Proficiency in Workday HCM and at least one other module.
- Experience with Workday integrations and security administration.
- Experience working with external Workday implementation vendors.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Workday certification(s) in HCM, Reporting, or Integrations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and their support in Workday.
