We believe that the way people interact with their finances will drastically improve in the next few years. We’re dedicated to empowering this transformation by building the tools and experiences that thousands of developers use to create their own products. Plaid powers the tools millions of people rely on to live a healthier financial life. We work with thousands of companies like Venmo, SoFi, several of the Fortune 500, and many of the largest banks to make it easy for people to connect their financial accounts to the apps and services they want to use. Plaid’s network covers 12,000 financial institutions across the US, Canada, UK and Europe. Founded in 2013, the company is headquartered in San Francisco with offices in New York, Washington D.C., London and Amsterdam.

We’re the People & Organizational Development (POD) team — we design the programs and tools that help Plaids do the best work of their careers - from new manager onboarding to company-wide performance enablement. Our mission is to make Plaid a place where people stretch, grow, and lead with impact.

If you're someone who likes to take on new things, learn fast, and make things better as you go, this is a great team to grow with. We move quickly, focus on what matters, and care deeply about doing work that has real impact. You'll help shape how AI and human-centered learning come together and build meaningful programs that directly support our people.

  • Monitor adoption and feedback, and make recommendations for platform and content improvements
  • Lead operations for manager development programs
  • Proactively identify process gaps and drive improvements across programs
  • Develop practical, engaging learning resources—job aids, nudges, videos, and guides that support managers in the flow of work
  • Build and maintain role-based learning paths, aligned with Plaid’s leadership expectations (LAP), team needs, and org prioritiesPartner with HRBPs and functions leads to co-create learning solutions that are timely, relevant, and high-impact
  • Own comms and rollout plans for new learning experiences, tools, and platform updates

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in HR, L&D, or related coordination/enablement roles
  • Is highly organized and dependable with great attention to detail
  • Has strong communication skills
  • Enjoys learning new tools and is curious about AI, even if not technical
  • Energized by supporting others and making systems run smoothly
  • Thrives in ambiguity and likes to get things done without a playbook (scrappy)

Our mission at Plaid is to unlock financial freedom for everyone. To support that mission, we seek to build a diverse team of driven individuals who care deeply about making the financial ecosystem more equitable. We recognize that strong qualifications can come from both prior work experiences and lived experiences. We encourage you to apply to a role even if your experience doesn't fully match the job description. We are always looking for team members that will bring something unique to Plaid!
