RevenueCat removes the headaches of building and scaling in‑app subscriptions. Since graduating from YC’s S18 batch we’ve grown into the default monetization platform for mobile: we’re in >40% of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $8B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo dev in Brazil to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.

We’re a remote‑first crew of 100+, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance. If you want your work to touch hundreds of millions of end‑users (and help the developers behind them get paid), you’ll fit right in.

The Role

RevenueCat makes it easy for apps of every shape and size to monetize across iOS, Android, the web, and other platforms like Roku and Amazon. Today 70k+ apps use RevenueCat but our ambitions are much greater: there are still countless apps out there that spend time on monetization infrastructure that they could be using to build the features their customers actually care about.

We won’t convert all those apps to RevenueCat by ourselves. That’s where partnerships come in.

Our partner ecosystem spans technology partners, app development and growth agencies and resellers - all working together to expand our reach and better support the developers who rely on RevenueCat. Technology partners help us to integrate seamlessly with the tools and services our customers use, and our agency program allows us to recruit, onboard and manage a curated group of app development and growth agencies that can help our customers to launch and scale.

We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our Senior Partnerships Lead, Matt.

About You:
  • Passionate for Partnerships - You believe partnerships aren’t just a nice-to-have, they’re a core growth lever. You get energy from building relationships that move the needle and proving their impact with real results (you’re not just looking to manage a partner list).

  • Experienced in building - You have 3-5 years of experience, including building and scaling a successful partner program (bonus points for agency and technology partners)

  • Comfortable owning and assisting - You’ll fully own some partner initiatives and play a supporting role in others. You’re equally happy leading the charge and project managing or jumping in to help - whatever moves things forward.

  • Minimal hand-holding required - You’re scrappy, self-directed and thrive in fast-changing environments. You don’t need a playbook; you can write your own and start executing on day one. You have a bias for action.

  • Can hang with engineers – You’re not a developer but you can speak their language. You’re comfortable navigating APIs, SDKs, and integrations and know how to explain them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Gets excited about the unexpected – Our product and strategy evolve fast, and you love it that way. You see shifting priorities as a chance to get creative, learn something new and ship something better

  • Has a quirky side (optional, but welcome) - From cat-themed swag drops to last-minute side quests for our developer community, we love keeping things fun. If you’ve got a creative itch or an idea for our next offbeat initiative or event, bring it - we’re here for it

Ideally, you also
  • Have experience in the mobile app ecosystem and/or experience working with multiple partner types (agencies, tech partners, resellers, affiliates)

  • Have worked in an early-stage tech company or led new initiatives independently in a larger organization

  • Are comfortable working as part of a fully remote team in an asynchronous environment using a lot of Notion, Slack, and Zoom. Experience with PartnerStack and Salesforce is also a plus.

What You Will Be Responsible For

You’ll help scale our partnerships motion by:

  • Taking full ownership of our Agency Partner Program: Evolving our existing program from what we have today into a thriving, repeatable engine. This will include things like onboarding, certification, incentives, co-marketing, sourcing new agencies and more

  • Supporting our regional Agency/Reseller Partners: Ensuring these partners receive the necessary support and guidance to successfully represent RevenueCat in key markets across Europe & Asia

  • Supporting several key partnership initiatives: Includes a growing set of partnerships with low-code and AI-native app builders (”vibe coding” tools), our co-selling/marketing motions and relationships with Apple & Google

  • Partner Development: Assisting in identifying, evaluating and ultimately securing the partnerships that will be essential for RevenueCat’s future growth

  • Partner Enablement & Education: Helping to scale our enablement offering for partners of all shapes and sizes so they know how best to educate their audiences on the RevenueCat product

  • Improve how we operate as a team: Build scalable workflows for recruiting, managing and reporting on partners. You’ll help bring structure without slowing us down

This role is hands-on from day one and you’ll need to be ready to pitch in wherever necessary. You’ll execute independently while collaborating closely with Matt and individuals across Sales, Marketing, Product & Engineering.

What Success Looks LikeIn the first month, you’ll:
  • Get up to speed on our product, market and partnership goals

  • Establish relationships with key collaborators across Product, Sales and Marketing

  • Deliver your “first ship,” a project that demonstrates your insights and adds value to the team (e.g. revamped agency onboarding flow, fresh partner enablement content, a pipeline of target agency partners)

Within the first 3 months, you’ll:
  • Step into the role as the owner for specific partnership initiatives, including our Agency program, becoming the go-to person and in-house expert

  • Own and improve our agency partner onboarding, incentives and engagement

  • Get to know our partners and start to map out our ideal partner profile moving forward

  • Evaluate current partnership efforts and focus, and identify areas for improvement

  • Complete your first side quest

Within the first 6 months, you’ll:
  • Demonstrate clear growth in agency partner engagement and referrals

  • Launch new resources and structure for agencies (e.g. certification, training, tiering)

  • Help to establish a scalable approach for partner operations and reporting

  • Represent RevenueCat at industry events and conferences

Within the first 12 months, you’ll:
  • Own a high-performing Agency Partner Program with growing revenue impact

  • Be the operational backbone for the Partnerships team — running playbooks, tracking success, and removing friction

  • Have made contributions across several other key partnership initiatives

  • Be known across RevenueCat as someone who “just gets things done” and a trusted partner across Sales, Marketing and Product

  • Deepen your knowledge of app development and monetization, becoming an expert in the space

What we offer:
  • Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator

  • 10-year window to exercise vested equity options

  • Fully remote and flexible work environment

  • 4-5 weeks of suggested time off annually for mental, physical, and emotional recharge

  • $2,000 USD for workspace setup and $1,000 USD annual stipend for continuous learning
