This role is part of our AddSearch team, one of our growing brands at saas.group.

AddSearch is a ~15-person B2B SaaS company providing enterprise site search solutions to large customers with demanding compliance, custom contract, and SLA requirements. Our core product is mature and stable, while our newest offering - an AI-powered RAG solution - is driving the majority of our current sales growth.

Profile Overview

As our Partner Manager, you will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams and report to VP Commercial. Sales will keep ownership of closing deals. You will own everything that brings partner-led opportunities to the table.

You will build and run our partner channel. While you inherit existing strategic partners, you will acquire and onboard new ones and turn those relationships into a steady source of leads and revenue.

Your responsibilities
  • Win new strategic partners. Find, approach, and sign agencies and other partners that fit our ideal customer profile.
  • Build and maintain a strong partner base. Grow our base of active partners. Keep it steady by replacing partners who leave or underperform with new ones.
  • Nurture existing relationships. Onboard new partners, enable their teams, and run regular business reviews. As a result, partners will know how to position & implement AddSearch and when to bring us into a project.
  • Drive partner-led leads and revenue. Generate qualified opportunities through your partners and hand them to Sales with full context. In addition, track how partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals perform over time.
  • Run joint marketing with partners. Plan webinars, co-created content, case studies, and events together with partners and with our Marketing team.
  • Set up partner reporting. Define how we attribute partner-sourced pipeline in HubSpot. Then report on partner health, pipeline, and revenue to leadership.
  • Share what you learn. Bring partner and market feedback to Sales, Marketing, and Product so we keep improving how we work with partners.
What You bring to the table
  • 4+ years of experience in partnerships, channel, alliances, or business development, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • A track record of signing partners and getting them to produce leads, not only logos
  • AI fluency (must have): You work with AI every day and can explain and sell AI-powered products to agencies and their clients
  • A commercial mindset. You are comfortable with pipeline targets, conversion rates, and revenue goals.
  • Strong relationship skills. You can earn the trust of agency owners and senior decision makers.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, and a habit of making decisions with data
  • A self-starter attitude. You enjoy building a program from the ground up and you do not wait for a perfect playbook.
  • A big plus: experience working with web agencies. Our core partners are agencies, so you will already speak their language, understand how they sell projects, and know what makes them recommend a tool.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with CMS or digital experience ecosystems, or site search
What’s in it for You
  • Ultimate flexibility: We’re 100% remote. You can work from wherever you like, whenever you like.
  • Freedom and autonomy: We’re a high-trust team, and you’ll be given lots of flexibility to solve problems in your own way, with plenty of help from the team when you need it.
  • Minimum bureaucracy: We don’t like to get bogged down with meetings and red tape. We like to be efficient and keep momentum steady & sustainable.
  • Small & friendly team: We help each other out, have fun, and joke around.
  • Our network: We are a community of entrepreneurial SaaS professionals that regularly exchange ideas, knowledge, learning and expertise with each other internally.
  • Flexible time off: We want you to recharge your batteries when needed.

AddSearch is part of saas.group and we have a shared goal of succeeding together.
