Job Summary: Frame Security is looking for a Partner Development Manager - MSP to recruit, launch, and grow a portfolio of MSP partners.
This is not a traditional account management role. You'll own the full partner lifecycle, from prospecting and closing new MSPs to helping them launch, grow their customer base, and renew.
You'll manage a higher-volume portfolio of emerging and growth MSPs, combining proactive selling with structured partner management to help partners turn Frame into a successful recurring security service.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Acquisition
- Prospect, recruit, and close new MSP partners
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified MSP opportunities
- Lead discovery, demos, pricing, and commercial conversations
- Deliver against partner acquisition and revenue targets
Partner Launch & Enablement
- Own new partners from signed agreement through successful launch
- Help MSPs understand how to position, package, and sell Frame
- Drive partners toward their first customer deployments and revenue
- Connect partners with the right enablement and technical resources
Partner Growth
- Own revenue, retention, and expansion across your MSP portfolio
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase customer adoption and consumption
- Run regular partner calls focused on pipeline, performance, and next steps
- Identify partners with high growth potential and build plans to accelerate them
Build & Scale
- Surface partner feedback, trends, and friction points to the broader Frame team
- Use repeatable processes and data to efficiently manage a growing partner portfolio
- Help improve the tools, processes, and playbooks used to support MSPs at scale
- Operate with urgency, curiosity, and ownership in a fast-moving environment
Success Metrics:
- Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
- % of Quota Attainment
- MSP Partner Activation
- Partner enablement
- Partner Retention
- Expansion - Net new customer logos
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, channel, partnerships, or cybersecurity
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, build pipeline, and drive revenue
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable managing multiple partner relationships and priorities simultaneously
- Commercial mindset with a desire to understand how partners make money
- Self-starter who is comfortable working toward measurable targets
- Excited to learn the MSP ecosystem and grow into increasingly strategic partner ownership
- Previous MSP, channel, or cybersecurity experience is preferred, but we're equally interested in strong sellers who understand recurring revenue and want to build a career in partnerships.
