Partner Account Manager – Automotive Systems Vendors / Platform Partner Ecosystem
The Partner Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and strategic engagement across HERE Technologies’ automotive systems vendors and platform partner ecosystem. This role executes partner strategies aligned to the global ecosystem vision, focusing on developing joint opportunities and accelerating partner-influenced business across Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV), digital cockpit, ADAS, navigation, and AI-driven automotive platforms. This position combines account management, partnership development, and commercial execution, working closely with OEM sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders to expand HERE’s presence in partner-led OEM programs and deliver scalable growth through ecosystem relationships.
Main Responsibilities
- Own and manage assigned system vendor, Tier 1, and platform partner accounts, serving as the primary commercial contact for HERE.
- Develop and execute account and partnership plans aligned with overall ecosystem strategy and OEM priorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across partner organizations, including key decision-makers and influencers.
- Identify, develop, and close partner-driven opportunities across sell-with, sell-through, and sell-to engagement models.
- Drive pipeline growth, opportunity progression, and forecast accuracy using CRM tools and standardized sales processes.
- Collaborate with partners and HERE teams to define joint value propositions, solution positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Support development of bundled and pre-integrated offerings aligned to partner platforms and OEM requirements.
- Work closely with OEM account teams to align partner strategy with account pursuits, competitive positioning, and customer needs.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources including product, technical, legal, finance, and services teams to support deal execution.
- Lead negotiation and execution of commercial agreements, including software, data, API, and platform-based partnerships.
- Contribute to development of scalable commercial frameworks such as reseller, licensing, and bundled business models.
- Maintain structured account plans, contribute to QBRs, and provide regular updates to leadership on partner performance and opportunities.
- Ensure strong execution discipline, governance, and communication across all partner-related activities.

Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in automotive technology, partnerships, sales, or business development roles.
- Experience managing strategic partner or customer accounts in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Strong understanding of the automotive value chain, including OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and ecosystem partners.
- Proven ability to contribute to revenue growth, pipeline development, and opportunity execution.
- Experience working in a matrixed, global organization with cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with system vendors, semiconductor platforms, cockpit suppliers, or ADAS ecosystem players.
- Familiarity with navigation, location technology, APIs, cloud-connected services, and embedded automotive platforms.
- Experience supporting partner-led or indirect go-to-market models.
- Understanding of Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV), AI/ML, and automotive platform trends.

The expected base salary range for this position is $96,600 to $138,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as skills and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, which is subject to company and individual performance.
