About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Paid Media & Creative Manager who can manage paid acquisition and actively contribute to the creative process.

This is not a role where you only manage campaigns and report on performance.

You need to understand the numbers, identify what is working, develop new creative ideas, and work closely with the team to test and improve them.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and other platforms

  • Track CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, spend, and performance trends

  • Develop new ad concepts, hooks, messaging, and creative angles

  • Turn performance data into clear creative direction

  • Work closely with designers, editors, and leadership

  • Identify underperforming campaigns quickly and take action

  • Continuously test audiences, offers, formats, and creative

  • Communicate clearly and work well as part of a team

What Success Looks Like
  • CAC and ROAS are actively managed and improving

  • New creative concepts are consistently being tested

  • Winning ads are identified and scaled quickly

  • Poor-performing campaigns are addressed quickly

  • Creative and paid media work together, not as separate functions

  • You take feedback well and contribute positively to the team

Requirements
  • Hands-on paid media experience

  • Strong Meta Ads Manager experience

  • Experience managing campaigns around CAC and ROAS

  • Strong understanding of direct-response creative

  • Ability to develop creative concepts and communicate them clearly

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative

  • Comfortable moving quickly and changing direction when needed

Bonus Points
  • Experience with high-volume consumer acquisition

  • Experience creating or editing ad content

  • Landing page or conversion optimization experience

  • Experience with e-commerce, subscriptions, competitions, or lead generation

Important Note

This is not just a media-buying role.

We are looking for someone who wants to own both performance and creative.

You should be comfortable bringing ideas to the table, receiving direct feedback, working closely with others, and changing course quickly when something isn't working.
