Role Highlights
- You'll execute and measure the effectiveness of Paid Social strategies through an integrated approach, leveraging deep expertise across channels like Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok while collaborating closely with SEO and Creative to grow your clients' bottom line
- You'll leverage your Paid Media expertise across other paid channels (Search, Display, Programmatic) to drive an integrated approach to Paid Social strategy
- You'll oversee day-to-day campaign strategy and management for your book of business, implementing industry best practices and making recommendations at scale
- You'll build strong, lasting client relationships using Seer's values as your compass, positioning yourself as an extension of your client's team
- You'll play a role in growing divisional revenue by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, working closely with our business development team to qualify and close projects
- You'll contribute regularly to the Seer blog, industry forums, and grow your thought leadership skills, leading one training session each quarter around new process releases
- You'll maintain excellence in quality of work through our Quality Assurance system and coach Associates to the same level of excellence
- You'll work to understand how social strategy impacts LLM search, and help experiment on how to increase LLM visibility
Essential Skills
- You have managed Paid Social campaigns across a range of industries, engines, and management platforms, and are comfortable using automation and machine learning to get time back
- You have experience with emerging channels like TikTok and Snapchat and pitching full-funnel strategies incorporating creative, data, and measurement
- You are all about channel integration, leveraging data from Creative, SEO, and Analytics to build smarter Paid strategies
- You are skilled at developing and recognizing talent, whether that's coaching an Associate through a campaign build or providing recognition for a job well done
- You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to take risks with innovation and testing
- You are all over emerging trends, tools, tech, and data sets, and you see the future of Machine Learning and AI in Paid Social
- You have experience elevating your team, clients, and industry peers through 1:1s, Lunch 'n Learns, webinars, blogs, case studies, or speaking engagements
- You have proficiency with Excel, Google Suite, and data viz tools, along with a solid grasp of data literacy, including the basics of SQL
