Own the organic roadmap and performance outcomes for enterprise client engagements. Lead SEO prioritization, AI visibility as a KPI, authority vendor strategy, content direction, and quality standards. Serve as the client-facing leader for organic performance and manage work produced by AI and external vendors. Success is measured by retained engagement revenue, organic performance against targets, and AI visibility across assigned brands.

About Location3

Most agencies are built for one brand talking to one audience. We are built for brands that grow through local operators, where the marketing has to work in hundreds of different local markets at once and the people spending the budget are independent owners rather than a corporate team. That is a harder problem, and it is the one we have spent twenty five years on. We also build LOCALACT, the platform those owners use to run their own local marketing.

The opportunity

You would own the organic roadmap and outcome for a set of enterprise engagements, including how those brands show up in AI-mediated search.

AI visibility is a number you own here, the way cost per lead is owned by a media strategist.

What you will own

● The organic roadmap and prioritization

● AI visibility as a key performance indicator

● Authority vendor strategy and acceptance

● Content direction and the quality standard

● Client leadership on organic performance

How you will be measured

Revenue held across assigned engagements. Organic performance against agreed targets. AI visibility across assigned brands.

What we are looking for

● Has owned enterprise SEO engagements end to end and can talk credibly about AI-mediated discovery

● Understands that AI visibility is a KPI this seat owns, the way cost per lead is owned by a Media Strategist

● Wants to direct work produced by AI and by vendors rather than produce it

Where you will work

This is a Denver-based remote role. You will be asked into our Glendale office a couple of times a month for in-person collaboration. There is no fixed schedule. Our office is at 720 South Colorado Boulevard, Glendale, Colorado.

Compensation and benefits

$100,000 to $125,000 base depending on experience. This is a full-time, exempt position. Eligible for the annual company bonus, paid on company performance.

Medical, dental and vision cover. A 401(k) with company match. Wellbeing stipends, paid time off, and support for remote working.

Hiring timeline

Applications are open now and close at 5.00pm Mountain Time on Monday 12 October 2026.

We review every application that week and will be in touch by Friday 16 October if we would like to take your application further. Interviews take place the week of 19 October and are held in person at our Glendale office.
