About the role

Concept Plus is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS, including migrations or implementation, configuration, and maintenance for several of the following modules: Supply chain planning, Inventory, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Order management, Logistics, Product lifecycle management, Procurement, Transportation, Reporting and Analytics.


What you'll do

  • Lead and support the implementation of Oracle Cloud SCM modules.
  • Provide expertise in configuring and customizing Oracle Cloud SCM to meet business requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for application related issues and provide troubleshooting and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of Oracle Cloud SCM with other systems.
  • Train and mentor junior team members in Oracle Cloud SCM best practices.
  • Lead and participate in system testing and end-user training.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
  • Stay up-to-date on Oracle Cloud Financials functionality and updates
  • Provide Technical/Functional support to Business Development sales pursuits.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience demonstrating the ability to provide managerial, and administrative direction for problem definition, analysis, requirements development and implementation for complex to extremely complex systems in the subject matter area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite
  • Experience with implementing or migrating to Oracle Fusion Cloud
  • Demonstrated experience in consulting, assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
  • Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • US Citizen; must pass a full investigation for a Non-Sensitive (Risk Level: Tier 2, Moderate Risk, Public Trust) position.
  • Oracle Cloud SaaS certifications preferred
  • Functional professional with 1+ full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS implementation preferred
