- Develop and produce high-quality solid models and detailed drawings using CREO and AutoCAD, ensuring accurate part revision and lifecycle management.
- Perform and interpret thermal, thermo-mechanical, and mechanical FEA analyses with ANSYS to validate designs under real-world conditions.
- Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (FMEAs) to identify potential design risks and enhance product reliability.
- Execute detailed tolerance analyses to ensure design precision and manufacturability, driving continual improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to innovate and refine product designs.
- Engage with vendors to finalize and validate design specifications for new parts, ensuring alignment with project requirements.

Must-Have:
- MS in Mechanical Engineering
- 2-10 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in CAD and 3D solid modeling
- Experienced in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and statistical analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Experience with ANSYS
- Familiarity with CREO
