Department: Operations
Type: Full-time, Exempt
- Own the full project lifecycle: From scoping and planning to execution and delivery, you’ll lead cross-functional efforts with clarity and confidence.
- Drive transformation: You’ll manage a variety of IT-style and operational projects, bringing structure and momentum to complex initiatives.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with business group leaders and stakeholders to align priorities and ensure successful outcomes.
- Document and communicate: You’ll be a sharp communicator and skilled documenter, keeping everyone informed and engaged.
- Champion change: Help others navigate transformation by modeling maturity, ownership, and adaptability.
- You have a minimum 5 years of experience in project management or related roles, with a track record of delivering mid-size, cross-functional projects.
- You’ve led projects end-to-end and know how to move in ambiguity.
- You’re methodical, structured, and thrive in environments that require problem-solving at different maturity levels.
- You’re a calm collaborator who can prioritize, communicate clearly, and write effective reports.
- You bring experience in consulting, operations, or PMO environments.
- You hold certifications like PMP, Agile, or Scrum (multiple preferred).
- You’re not from a highly regulated or government background—this role needs flexibility and speed.
- Industry: Channel, tech, or cloud (not government or banking).
- Tools: Familiarity with project management platforms like Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar.
- Bachelor's Degree (or similar): Fields such as Business Administration, Operations Management, Strategy, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Project Management and Scrum Certification (Preferred)
- 30 Days: Understand the projects, meet stakeholders, and define key outcomes.
- 60 Days: Take ownership and begin executing—become the conductor of the orchestra.
- 90 Days: Deliver results, drive transformation, and embody Pax8’s core behaviors.
Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $86,491 to $108,114 or more depending on experience.
