Job Description

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Operations Manager to lead and elevate the day-to-day functions of our Partner team. This role is ideal for a selfless leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings a sharp eye for detail, and excels in people management and process optimization.

As Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the team runs efficiently and effectively while implementing forward-thinking strategies that support operational excellence. We’re seeking someone with a strategic mindset, strong initiative, and a passion for continuous improvement to help us achieve our goals and deliver exceptional service.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Drive productivity by standardizing work and creating & documenting efficient processes and procedures
  • Delegate tasks to team members to achieve deadlines
  • Develop and facilitate training for the team
  • Technology liaison, subject matter expert for systems and how they affect the team and clients
  • Facilitate communication between Partner, Advisors, and Client Service Managers
  • Serve as the team’s representative on corporate projects and initiatives where appropriate
  • Ensure adherence to firm compliance guidelines
  • Front line resource for interviewing candidates for team recruiting initiatives
  • Responsible for managing a select number of key client relationships 

Qualifications

  • B.S. Business Administration
  • 3+ years’ experience preferably within Financial Services
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
