Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for our next Operations Coordinator to join our Finance and Operations team. In this contract role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring seamless delivery of our onboarding packages to our customers and providing key support to our business operations. You will be reporting to our Operations Associate.
Compensation
- $25-$30/hour
Time Commitment
- 10-15hrs (2-3 days) per week in our Denver, CO Office, plus:
- Winter Holiday coverage (days between Christmas and New Years)
- Coverage while Operations team is out of office
- Daily coverage from January 12-16

What you’ll do:
- Shipping & Logistics. You’ll be assisting with our shipping & logistics process from end-to-end. You will ensure that we ship in a timely manner, and that our packages delight our customers.
- You will assist with tracking packages and ensuring that they arrive without delay. When a package is delayed, you will be expected to communicate with the Client Services team so that they can inform our clients of the situation.
- You will update package status in our internal tools (admin dashboard and CRM) to make sure our Client Services team and clients are aware of the status of their packages (Shipped, Delayed, Delivered, etc.)
- Inventory Management. You will assist the Operations team in managing inventory. This will include assessing quality, counting and updating inventory records, and notifying the Operations team when we need to place new inventory orders.
Our ideal candidate:
- Is based in Denver, CO or is able to commute to our Denver office 2-3x per week.
- Has a valid Driver’s license: applicants will be subject to a background check that includes a screening of motor vehicle records.
- Is willing to drive their personal vehicle to and from the office and post office to drop-off packages.
- Is able to lift heavy boxes of up to 50 pounds.
- Notices small details and balances intuitive and logical organization.
- Is able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and care while handling sensitive materials and customer information.
- Has experience with data management and analysis tools, such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
