As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you play a vital role in supporting and strengthening our sales team. You thrive in a role where taking initiative matters. At the same time, you bring a keen sense of awareness and understanding of when to step forward, when to collaborate, and when to support quietly from behind the scenes.
✨ What You’ll Do- Content & Communications: Support the creation, maintenance and delivery of weekly, internal sales updates, monthly newsletters, and educational programs while collaborating with SMEs to deliver relevant content.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate and coordinate process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to help facilitate consistent processes to scale.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Assist in monitoring, analyzing, and communicating data trends to ensure accuracy and adherence to processes.
- Project Management: Aid in cross-functional planning, documenting, and managing projects to ensure timely execution.
- Sales Tools & Vendor Support: Track sales tool usage, assist with annual vendor renewals, and provide support for tool adoption.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, revenue operations, marketing operations or similar role within a sales-driven environment.
- Computer savvy. Intermediate level skillset in developing and using spreadsheets, creating and maintaining presentations, as well as utilizing consistent communication through business writing.
- Proactive and collaborative professional with strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively while supporting projects to successful completion.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- BA/BS degree.

The compensation range for this role is 55K-70K for Denver, Colorado.The salary range displayed on this job posting reflects a minimum and maximum target. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that this range reflects the base salary target range only, and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
