Iron Mountain is seeking a high-performing Operations Warehouse Coordinator to join our Clutter team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating tasks for a team of associates to ensure the seamless movement of customer items, while supporting day-to-day operational functions in the most cost-effective manner. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to independently evaluate and problem-solve throughout the day to meet the needs of both internal and external customers.

Clutter, now seamlessly integrated with Iron Mountain, is disrupting the self-storage and moving industries by offering affordable, flexible, and dependable service nationwide, driven by cutting-edge technology.

Schedule: Clutter operates 7 days a week and schedules will vary on a weekly basis depending on business needs. Weekend availability is required.

Job Site: Shifts start and end at the Clutter depot at the job site address.

What You’ll Do

Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm

Pay rate: $32.00/hr

Schedule: Thursday - Monday

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate daily fulfillment tasks across inbound, outbound, and inventory transfers, guiding floor teams to meet operational SLAs.

  • Support depot operational functions in a cost-effective manner while maintaining high standards for both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Independently evaluate workflow bottlenecks, audit inventory movements, and execute solutions on the fly during active shift hours.

  • Audit item logging and asset tracking via mobile apps and proprietary technology, maintaining high compliance and quality standards.

  • Promote and enforce depot safety protocols, proper material handling practices, and 5S workplace organization standards.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or coordinator/lead roles.

  • Communication & Problem Solving: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to solve problems independently in a fast-paced setting.

  • Physical Capability: Ability to stand/walk for full shifts, lift up to 50 pounds independently, and comfortably navigate an active warehouse and depot environment.

  • Technical Aptitude: High comfort level utilizing handheld scanners, smartphone applications, WMS software, and basic spreadsheet tools.

  • Relevant Experience: Experience in inventory tracking, fulfillment, customer service, or logistics environments is preferred.

Reasonably expected salary range: $51,400.00 - $64,200.00

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
