Follow up on customer issues, align Sales, Accounting, Software, integrations, and licensing teams, and drive commitments through resolution. Build and improve operational processes, track projects, dependencies, blockers, and next steps, identify improvement opportunities from feedback, and provide clear updates across teams.
We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on operations professional to help coordinate workflows and initiatives across different areas of our business.
This is a multifaceted role that may support customer operations, process improvement, and other cross-functional initiatives. You’ll work with both business and technical teams to keep priorities moving, resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure strong follow-through.

- Work across teams such as Sales, Accounting, Operations, and technical teams to resolve issues and move priorities forward.

- Identify operational gaps and help determine the right people or resources needed.
- Build and improve processes as business needs evolve.
- Follow issues and commitments through to completion.
- Provide clear, concise updates on progress and outstanding items.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience, including substantial hands-on business operations experience.
- Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Operations Lead, Business Operations Manager, General Manager, or comparable hands-on operations role.
- Experience working in an established business environment involving multiple teams, functions, and priorities.
- Strong cross-functional coordination and problem-solving experience.
- Demonstrated experience owning workflows or initiatives from start to finish.
- Experience improving processes and ensuring consistent follow-through.
- Comfortable working with both business and technical teams.
- Clear, concise professional communication.
