Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable and organized Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day business operations. You will help coordinate internal processes, maintain accurate information, and work with different teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

• Support daily operational and administrative activities.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Good English communication skills.

• Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Asana, Trello, or similar.

• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.

• Experience with CRM or business management systems.

• Previous experience in a technology, SaaS, or healthcare company.

$42,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
