Job Description

DPR Construction is seeking an Operations Auditor with at least 5+ years in construction accounting experience. The Operations Auditor will be responsible for the management and coordination of multiple external project audits.  The successful candidate will work closely with internal project teams and external audit firms and report to respective stakeholders The Operations auditor will be responsible for: 

  • Processing complex information from various sources.   

  • Evaluate, review and analyze data using objective criteria.  

  • Seeks expertise to discern and compare information to clarify an audit finding 

  • Uses multiple methods and channels to collect information.  

  • Excellent listening and communication skills. 

  • Ability to identify and resolve complex issues. 

  • Collaborate with internal and external parties for reporting. 

  • Identify and report risks to project stakeholders. 

We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple demanding projects while producing quality work and meeting deadlines. The successful candidate will possess: 

  • Familiarity with standard AIA construction agreements. 

  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and CMiC. 

  • A strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude. 

  • Bachelor’s degree or CCIFP a plus but not required. 

  • This job is salaried. 

Anticipated starting pay range:

$80,000.00- $120,000.00
