Develop and maintain contract schedules for commercial construction projects. Facilitate collaborative planning sessions, resource and cost loading, variance reporting, risk management, and recovery planning. Coordinate subcontractor inputs, integrate schedules with BIM 4D where possible, and produce visual schedule graphics and narratives.

Lead day-to-day execution and business management of commercial waterproofing and fire protection projects. Oversee project teams, cost control, estimating, change management, scheduling, client communication, and ensure project completion, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.

The VDC Project Engineer will lead VDC processes, support BIM data configuration, assist project personnel, and manage VDC operations and workflows.

The role leads the design and governance of performance-based incentive and equity programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives while advising leadership and managing program effectiveness and compliance.

Designs and activates enterprise workforce development strategies, identifying future talent needs and building scalable solutions (pipelines, apprenticeships, upskilling). Leads solution design, pilots, external partnerships, governance, and stakeholder alignment to ensure organizational capability over a 3-5+ year horizon while executing near-term programs.

Serve as local People Practices representative delivering employee and candidate experiences: onboarding, interview coordination, training logistics, event planning, early-career recruitment support, basic employee relations, onboarding/offboarding administration, and local execution of People Practices programs. Act as first point of contact for employees and managers, partnering with People Practices leaders and Centers of Excellence. Role is full-time on-site with weekly travel to Monroe, LA.

Conduct compensation and benefits research and analysis to inform Total Rewards strategies. Build measurement frameworks, ROI studies, pay equity analyses, and predictive models. Maintain data governance, support COE tools and processes, partner with stakeholders, and recommend process improvements to drive adoption and retention.

Serve as the on-site People Practices representative for a large mega project, delivering employee and candidate experiences, onboarding, training logistics, event coordination, basic employee relations support, early career program support, and local execution of People Operations processes. Requires daily in-person presence and partnership with People Practices leaders and Centers of Excellence.

Lead deployment and support of VDC/BIM processes and technology across projects; train and mentor teams; develop project-specific BIM/VDC execution strategies; manage VDC engineers; create 4D simulations, tracking metrics/KPIs, BIM contract language, and integrate scheduling with BIM tools to ensure predictable VDC delivery.

Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications (HRSD, ITSM), build and maintain integrations with HRIS/ERP (Workday, Oracle EBS) using REST/SOAP/JDBC, ensure platform security and performance, participate in Agile delivery, and support future module adoption and enterprise integrations.

Manage and review employee time and payroll-ready data for craft and administrative staff, support timesheet accuracy and compliance, resolve pay inquiries, coordinate with Shared Services Payroll and People Practice teams, handle payroll corrections, onboarding/offboarding in payroll systems, support union-related payroll matters, and provide field-facing payroll guidance and travel support for assigned projects.
