Core Requirements and Responsibilities:

Create and maintain reports for Professional Services across Operations. These reports are used by all levels within Professional Services, as well as used by the C-Suite and other departments.

Large scope of reporting responsibilities, from daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and dashboards up to board level slide decks.

Investigate operational needs, problems and opportunities, provide data-driven analysis to collaborate with the broader PS Ops and PS team to create and present solutions.

Responsible for data integrity and structure in systems used by Vertafore Professional Services.

Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Experience in an operations, business analyst, reporting analyst, data analyst, or similar role.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including the ability to organize, analyze, validate, and present complex data.
-
Experience developing reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate operational performance, trends, and business insights.
-
Experience working with business intelligence, reporting, or data visualization tools.
-
Demonstrated experience analyzing data and presenting findings and recommendations to business stakeholders.
-
Experience maintaining data quality and working with data across multiple systems or sources.
-
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate information effectively to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

Experience supporting Professional Services, SaaS, software implementation, or another customer facing operational environment is preferred.

Experience preparing reporting or presentation materials for senior or executive leadership is preferred.

The Professional Services (PS) and Customer Success (CX) bonus plans are a quarterly monetary bonus plan based upon individual and practice performance against specific business metrics. Eligibility is determined by several factors including: start date, good standing in the company, and actives status at time of payout.
The Vertafore Incentive Plan (VIP) is an annual monetary bonus for eligible employees based on both individual and company performance. Eligibility is determined by several factors including: start date, good standing in the company, and actives status at time of payout.
Commission plans are tailored to each sales role but common components include quota, MBO's and ABPMs. Salespeople receive their formal compensation plan within 30 days of hire.
