Purpose

Keep our warehouse running smoothly so every install starts right. By organizing materials, prepping orders, and supporting the field, the Warehouse Associate directly contributes to customer satisfaction and the overall success of the HVAC team.


 Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Receiving, stocking, and organizing HVAC parts and equipment. 
  • Driving safely to and from jobs sites to delivery parts and equipment about 50% of the time
  • Order Fulfillment: Picking and preparing materials for field technicians or customer orders for the day of service
  • Safety & Cleanliness: Maintaining a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse.
  • Equipment Use: Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
  • Shipping/Receiving: Processing incoming shipments and returns.
  • Support Field Crews: Ensuring technicians have the correct parts and tools.
  • Vehicle Operation: Confidently and safely drive company vehicles, including a 16-foot bed truck, for deliveries and pickups.

Qualifications Requirements
  • Experience:
    • 6+ months in warehouse or distribution preferred, but not required
    • HVAC industry experience is a plus
  • Skills:
    • Basic computer proficiency (email, inventory systems, etc.)
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly
  • Certifications:
    • Forklift certification preferred; must be obtained within the first year of employment
  • Soft Skills:
    • Reliable, team-oriented, and organized
    • Clear communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Other Requirements:
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Must pass background check and drug screening
    • Availability for occasional Saturday shifts
Compensation

Pay Range: $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
