Receives and stores incoming shipments, inspects inventory for damage, maintains accurate inventory records, and supports organized warehouse operations. The role requires physical stamina, reliability, attention to detail, teamwork, and occasional Saturday availability. A valid driver’s license is required; HVAC experience and ServiceTitan CRM knowledge are preferred.

Manage warehouse inventory by receiving, stocking, organizing, picking, and preparing HVAC parts and equipment. Deliver materials and equipment to job sites using company vehicles, including a 16-foot truck, approximately 50% of the time. Operate warehouse equipment, process shipments and returns, maintain OSHA-compliant cleanliness, and support field technicians. The role requires safe driving, lifting 50+ pounds, basic computer skills, and occasional Saturday availability.

Advise homeowners on heating, cooling, HVAC replacement, and indoor air quality solutions. Conduct in-home consultations, educate customers, recommend tailored systems, manage follow-up through installation, and build long-term relationships. The role requires meeting or exceeding revenue and gross margin goals, assisting with assessments in confined or extreme-temperature spaces, and maintaining strong communication and computer skills. Compensation is entirely commission-based, with advertised earnings starting at $150,000 annually.

Meet with homeowners to assess heating and cooling needs, recommend HVAC and indoor air quality solutions, follow up through sales and installation, build lasting client relationships, and meet revenue and gross margin goals while managing schedules and working in varied physical conditions.
