Get Covered is a leading insurtech company helping property management teams streamline renters insurance compliance, reduce risk, and create better resident experiences. Our AI-powered platform automates insurance verification, enrollment, and compliance tracking for over 3 million units nationwide. We’re proud of our people-first culture—where collaboration, innovation, and fun go hand-in-hand—and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, client-facing role.

Role Overview

As an Onboarding Specialist, you’ll serve as the project manager and primary point of contact for new clients as they launch Get Covered. You’ll oversee the entire onboarding process—from kickoff through successful rollout—ensuring that client accounts are configured correctly, timelines are met, and all teams are aligned. This role requires a strong balance of project management, technical setup, client training, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with Sales to understand client goals and expectations, then coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless and exceptional onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the project manager for new client implementations, driving timelines, deliverables, and communication.
  • Configure and set up client accounts according to contract terms and client requirements.
  • Lead kickoff meetings, onboarding calls, and training sessions to ensure client readiness and adoption.
  • Collaborate with Sales to fully understand client goals, solutions sold, and key success criteria.
  • Partner with internal teams (Product, Customer Success, Support) to ensure smooth rollouts and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the client’s trusted point of contact during onboarding, providing proactive updates and resolving blockers.
  • Document onboarding workflows, client configurations, and training materials for consistency and scalability.
  • Monitor onboarding metrics and escalate risks to ensure timely and successful launches.
  • Gather client feedback during onboarding to drive improvements and enhance future implementations.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, client project management, or a customer-facing role (SaaS or tech preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and timelines simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; comfortable leading client-facing meetings and trainings.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM, project management, and SaaS tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Why You’ll Love Working Here
  • Fully remote role with flexible work arrangements.
  • A people-first, fun, and collaborative culture where your contributions make a real impact.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Opportunities for career growth and professional development in a fast-growing insurtech company.
  • The chance to lead client success from day one and help shape the future of property and renters insurance.
