GovDash helps businesses win and deliver government contracts that advance American interests.

Our AI platform is a single, secure, workflow-driven system for the full contracting lifecycle, from opportunity discovery and capture through proposal execution, award, and post-award operations.

In 2025 alone, GovDash customers won more than $5B in government contracts. We’ve raised $42M to move faster on product and scale GovDash nationwide.

The Role

Our Onboarding team has a unique mission: turn new customers into teams that run real pursuits in GovDash within weeks of signing.

GovDash is being rapidly adopted by companies across the country to redefine how their capture, proposal and contract teams go after opportunities. It assists government contractors with capture, proposal development, contract management and more, all in one place. You will own the first phase of the customer relationship. Once a deal is signed, you partner with the account executive to launch the account, train the team on the workflows they actually run, and drive the early adoption that makes GovDash stick. When the team is live, you’ll hand the account to an Account Manager with a clear picture of how they work and where they need to go next.

What You'll Do

  • Become a product expert across our entire platform and understand how GovDash can be used to run workflows across capture, proposal development and contract management.

  • Work with account executives to onboard new clients and set the implementation plan for each customer.

  • Run discovery with every new account to understand how the team pursues work today: pursuit volume and types, capture and proposal process, roles and handoffs, existing tooling, and what winning more looks like for them.

  • Train clients during their first 30 days so that they are successful, resulting in conversion.

  • Assist with integration set up, data and platform set up, pipeline migration, content and documentation upload, and migration efforts to allow customers to use GovDash for end to end platform management, shrinking the amount of tools they currently use.

  • Have multiple customer sessions per today, held through Microsoft Teams to train, and help customers run workflows live, assist with migration efforts, and answer questions.

  • Hand converted accounts to Account Management with documented workflows, stakeholders, and open items.

  • Share feedback from onboarding calls with product and engineering teams, with a focus on first run experience and implementation friction.

  • Maintain and update accurate records in CRM.

You Might Thrive Here If You:

  • Thrive in ambiguity and work autonomously.

  • Have exceptional organizational skills.

  • Have fantastic communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of proposal development or capture experience.

  • Experience running demos of software products.

  • Experience training others on capture and proposal workflows.

  • An understanding of government contracting, today's AI landscape, our products, and the problems they solve for our customers.

  • The ability to operate with high horsepower, be adept at frequent context switching and running multiple pilots at once, and ruthless prioritization.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in startups.

  • Exposure to technical domains like AI or SaaS

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate or enhance workflows

What We Offer:

  • $80,000-$100,000 annualized salary based on experience

  • Performance based commission plan

  • Equity in a fast growing start up

  • Health, dental, vision insurance

  • 401K & company match

  • Paid time off and holidays

  • A collaborative and supportive team culture

  • Flexible remote work arrangements
