What You’ll Do

The Office Coordinator ensures the smooth operation of the Colorado corporate office through administrative, office management, and accounting support. Responsibilities include coordinating office services, admin support, and accounts payable-related activities. As an Office Coordinator, you will help keep operations running smoothly through strong organization and attention to detail.

Your day-to-day may include: 

  • Coordinating office lunches and engagements
  • Assisting Accounts Payable team through projects
  • Supporting multiple priorities at a time
  • Maintaining an organized, clean, and professional office environment
  • Uploading supporting documentation into designated systems

Requirements

What You Bring 

  • Strong administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Accounting experience preferred but not required

The expected compensation range for this position is $26.44  – $28.84, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
