We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Denver, CO. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of the office, ensuring that administrative tasks are handled efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with general office duties including filing, scanning, data entry, and managing correspondence

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner

  • Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

  • Support multiple departments with administrative tasks as needed

  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and welcoming

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

  • Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role
