Job Description

Morlen Health is currently seeking a Board Certified or Eligible OBGYN Physician to join the Skyline clinic team in Salem, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for women's health and the ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive care to patients. This physician will join an integrated and compassionate team of physicians and supportive clinical staff, providing a mix of both obstetrics and gynecology services while enjoying 24/7 backup on the L&D unit.

The Skyline clinic is comprised of four OBGYN physicians and two allied clinicians. This position will also join the Salem Hospital coverage pool, which includes three OB Hospitalists and supports an average of 60 deliveries per year.

This is an on-site position located in Salem, OR

Your Total Rewards:

The annual salary for this position is $396,500-$447,100 .Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as an applicant’s skills and qualifications, education and certifications, training, relevant clinical experience, market data, geographic location, internal equity, FTE, and other job-related factors.

In addition to base pay, Morlen Health offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage; retirement benefits; paid time off; paid holidays; and other benefits and programs. Specific details are below, and specific plan information is available upon request.

  • Base salary range: $371,000-$421,600
  • Lifestyle Stipend: $25,500 annually
  • Sign-on Bonus $25,000
  • Student Loan Assistance Program: Up to $125,000
  • Relocation Allowance available - up to $15,000
