The Job
The
supports the planning, coordination, documentation, and delivery of network, telecommunications, and data center services. This role is responsible for creating, managing, and tracking service orders, contracts, and agreements while ensuring seamless coordination among clients, telecommunications carriers, legal teams, data center personnel, network engineers, electrical teams, and executive leadership.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, technical aptitude, and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
Participate in meetings with Network Services, Client Services, and customers to gather requirements and document telecommunications and data center service needs.
Create, update, and track service orders, requests for proposals (RFPs), contracts, and related documentation.
Prepare and maintain accurate order and service delivery documentation.
Partner with legal teams to review, negotiate, and process service agreements and contracts.
Coordinate electrical requirements and collaborate with data center personnel to ensure successful service implementation.
Maintain accurate service records, location information, inventories, and documentation to support operational efficiency and service delivery.
Communicate regularly with executive leadership, providing updates on projects, service delivery, and operational needs.
Create, update, and manage network documentation, including diagrams, patch panel layouts, fiber connections, and circuit details.
Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and best practices through ongoing professional development and continuing education.
Foster open, respectful, and professional communication directly within the team as well as with co-workers/ teammates and leaders across the organization.

Qualifications
Required
Associate degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
Knowledge of fiber optic systems, cabling standards, and connection types.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, telecommunications services, networking hardware, and systems architecture.
Preferred
Experience working in a data center, telecommunications, network services, or related technical environment.
Basic understanding of electrical systems and power requirements within a data center environment.
Industry certifications related to data centers, telecommunications, or networking.
Experience in a technical sales or pre-sales support role.
Experience coordinating with carriers, vendors, clients, and cross-functional technical teams.

Remote. To be considered for this role, you must reside near the following locations: Miami, FL, Austin, TX, Pecos, TX, Denton, TX, Muskogee, OK, Grand Forks, ND, Calvert City, KY, Marble, NC, Dalton, GA or Auburn, AL
Travel
Minimal travel may be required as needed. (Up to 20% of time worked)
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely utilizes standard office equipment, including laptop computers and smartphones.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Position Type/ Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. General hours and days of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some nights and weekends may be required.
