OVERVIEW:

Designs integrated technology infrastructure systems to support the enterprise's business needs with some supervision. Implementing infrastructure solutions with some supervision.

  • Enterprise Infrastructure Modernization: Deliver digital solution architecture services as assigned, preparing conceptual and logical architecture diagrams to align technical direction and document future state architectures.

  • Technical Developments Recommendations: Support efforts to research and suggest ways to optimize solutions to better meet user and/or business, performance, quality needs.

  • Testing Technology Performance: Perform website/applications software tests and respond to user emails to monitor, diagnose, and correct performance issues.

  • Infrastructure and Network Development and Maintenance: Complete operational tasks, data management, incident logging, reporting, systems monitoring, systems testing, and disaster recovery to support the day-to-day infrastructure and networks.

  • Business Requirements Identification: Support collection of business requirements using a variety of methods such as interviews, document analysis, and workflow analysis to express requirements clearly and succinctly.

  • Information Security: Implement and test required security measures such as firewalls or message encryption, monitoring performance to notify cybersecurity experts of any problems.

  • Functional/Technical Requirements: Support collection of functional requirements using document analysis and workflow analysis to express requirements clearly and succinctly.

  • Ongoing Learning and Development: Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level preferred

  • General Experience: Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised (13 months to 3 years)

  • Managerial Experience: Very limited (0 to 3 months)

Targeted Pay Range: $76,500.00 - $124,600.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
