We have an exciting opportunity with the National Security Sector of  Leidos for a NATO Special Operations Program Support Specialist.  We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Professional with a background in project management to support our NATO Special Operations Education, Training, Exercises, and Evaluations Program.

The successful candidate will directly support the NATO Special Operations Education, Training, Exercises and Evaluations (ETEE) Support Program team developing and delivering courses and exercises related to NATO Allied Special Operations Forces Command (SOFCOM).  The successful candidate will be expected to analyze the needs of the ETEE Support team and develop solutions to resolve problems impacting smooth program execution.  This is a position on a unique, diverse, international, and distributed team that offers challenging work that requires a candidate who is technologically savvy and can work effectively alone or with the team.  The successful candidate must demonstrate they are a diligent ‘self-starter’ who can excel in a diverse working environment with little supervision or guidance to meet support requirements and deadlines.

The Challenge

•    Provide direct administrative support to the Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, Task Leads, and team leaders across all areas of the NATO Education, Training, Exercises and Evaluations (ETEE) contract, to include project scheduling, purchasing, travel requests, customer facility access coordination, and security clearance tracking
•    Serve as the primary interface between the Program Manager and the team of 60+ SOF instructors, including subcontract team partners, in support of specific projects
•    Assist the Program Manager with implementation and maintenance of project management processes consistent with a matrix organization
•    Acts as the ETEE Support team’s liaison to Leidos functional support
•    Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve issues impacting the team’s ability to support the NATO Allied SOFCOM
•    Performs varied functions as needed to assist the program management team in managing a diverse, international, geographically separated team of NATO Special Operations instructors and Subject Matter Experts

WHAT SETS YOU APART

•    Bachelor’s Degree
•    4+ years of related experience. 2 additional years and an associate or 4+ years and High School Diploma can be used in lieu of degree.  
•    Project management experience
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required
•    Familiarity with Leidos IT, travel, expense report systems and processes
•    Highly capable of operating independently and effectively in a distributed workforce
•    Fully competent with Microsoft Office® suite of automation tools including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook and SharePoint

YOU MAY ALSO HAVE

•    Experience with Leidos systems and processes (Concur, Deltek, P-card purchasing)
•    NATO/NATO SOF experience (or experience with multi-national SOF operations)
•    International and/or NATO SOF training and education experience
•    Experience with developing training solutions, scenarios, or simulations to aid training, education, mission preparation, or to enhance technical development
•    Formal education or experience with adult education, education technology, instructional system design, and/or e-Education  
•    Master’s Degree
•    Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, complete or in progress

Pay Range:Pay Range $55,250.00 - $99,875.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
