 NATIONAL SALES EXECUTIVE

Altisource is a leading provider of field services and default services with a well-established, best-in-class operations infrastructure and industry-leading service level agreements. We are expanding our customer base across large, mid-sized, and specialty mortgage servicers, lenders, banks, investors, and capital markets participants. With deep relationships across the industry and a comprehensive suite of solutions spanning property preservation, renovations, title, trustee services, asset management, auctions, and CWCOT execution, Altisource is uniquely positioned to help clients optimize default servicing outcomes. We are seeking a seasoned enterprise sales executive to drive new business growth and expand strategic client relationships across our Default Services division.

This is a REMOTE opportunity located in the US only.

    Job Description

    What You Get To Do:

    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow Altisource's Default Services portfolio, including property preservation, renovation and repair management, title and closing services, trustee services, asset management, auction services, and CWCOT (Claims Without Conveyance of Title) solutions.
    • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with mortgage servicers, banks, credit unions, GSE servicers, investors, hedge funds, asset managers, and other institutional stakeholders.
    • Leverage existing industry relationships and create new executive-level partnerships to drive revenue growth across Altisource's suite of default servicing solutions.
    • Conduct extensive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and consultative sales activities to build and maintain a robust Salesforce pipeline.
    • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles with key decision-makers, including Default Servicing Executives, Asset Managers, Vendor Managers, Operations Leaders, Loss Mitigation Leaders, REO Executives, and Procurement Teams.
    • Present comprehensive, value-based solutions that improve asset performance, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, foreclosure timelines, and recovery outcomes.
    • Drive opportunities across the full default lifecycle, from delinquency and foreclosure through REO disposition and CWCOT transactions.
    • Collaborate with operations, client success, implementation, and executive leadership teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of sold services.
    • Attend and represent Altisource at industry conferences, mortgage servicing events, investor forums, and trade associations to build market awareness and generate qualified opportunities.
    • Partner with Marketing and Product teams to refine go-to-market strategies, develop compelling client-facing materials, and support thought leadership initiatives.
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements, servicing trends, investor guidelines, and market conditions impacting default servicing clients.

     

    Qualifications

    THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU BRING:

    • Extensive default servicing and field services sales experience within the mortgage industry, including successful engagements with top-tier lenders, servicers, banks, investors, and capital markets participants.
    • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience selling default-related services such as property preservation, renovation management, title services, trustee services, foreclosure services, REO asset management, auction solutions, CWCOT services, valuations, or related mortgage servicing offerings.
    • Demonstrated success generating new business and managing complex enterprise sales cycles with annual contract values exceeding $1M and total annual sales production of $2 million or more in recurring revenue.
    • Proven track record of maintaining an established portfolio of mortgage servicing, banking, lending, investor, or REO clients that can be leveraged to create immediate business opportunities.
    • Strong network of executive and operational contacts across mortgage servicers, financial institutions, investors, GSEs, and asset management organizations.
    • Demonstrated success selling into key lender, bank, mortgage company, investor, and servicing organizations while consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
    • Deep expertise in property preservation, renovations, title, trustee services, foreclosure operations, REO asset management, auction marketing, and CWCOT execution.
    • Exceptional business development and consultative selling skills with the ability to engage stakeholders from operational teams through executive leadership.
    • Strong understanding of default servicing processes, foreclosure workflows, investor requirements, regulatory considerations, and real estate disposition strategies.
    • Proven ability to develop executive relationships, negotiate complex contracts, and secure multi-service enterprise agreements.
    • Experience utilizing Salesforce CRM and modern sales enablement platforms to manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and account planning.
    • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively across business units.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-management skills.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of experience and demonstrated sales success.

    Preferred Candidate Profile

    • Existing book of business and relationships with top mortgage servicers, banks, investors, and asset owners.
    • Consistent history of generating $2M+ in annual revenue through new client acquisition and expansion of existing enterprise accounts.
    • Established expertise across multiple default service lines, including property preservation, renovations, title, trustee services, REO asset management, auction sales, and CWCOT transactions.
    • Recognized industry presence through conference participation, speaking engagements, trade association involvement, or leadership within the mortgage servicing industry.
